Aug.23,Oil and Gas Engineering Co.,Ltd of CNNC Geo-Mining Shaanxi (CNOG) Company shareholders,board of directors meeting was held in Wushenqi,Inner Mongolia.Mr.Li Cheng, Secretary of Department of Geology & Mining CCNC,Director of Market and Resources Development Department,Director of the Company's Shareholding Company,Director of the Board of Directors of the Company and some members of Mineral Deposit and Mining Division attended the meeting.
At the meeting, General Manager Gong Xiaoming made a report on the work of the company,The company and the Panjin Liaohe Oilfield Taicheng Industrial Co. Ltd. joint investment in the establishment of the new company,Feasibility of Pakistan logging project,Iran EPD project feasibility and other issues were fully discussed, Shareholders' meeting, board of directors formed a resolution.
